A: At the Heart of London, we are a production company prioritising mainly with Mixing and Mastering services, but also offering other services including sample packs and even collaborations with producers.

2. What else do you do?

A: As far as mixing and mastering for music, we also offer our services with sound design productions for short films, movies, adverts and music videos.

3. How does the process work?

A: It's quite simple. You purchase your service of how fast you want it delivered and how many stems are in your tracks. Then you send us an email of the zipped folder of the audio content, with WAV file being preferrable. It's important to note, that when you send us the folder of your track(s) you write down your order number alongside with it.

A: We have two main options for contacting, the first being via email, by sending us a message with your contact info on our site and the second being via whatsapp. On whatsapp, we are available from 9-5pm Monday-Saturday and one of our team members will be available to help you with your query.

5. When do I receive sample pack after purchasing?

A: The sample packs are available immediately to download and please do double check your emails and junk folder.

6. To what standard are tracks mixed?

A: We mix and master all tracks to 'industry standard' level, by industry standard, it simply means all tracks are processed in a way that each individual audio component in a track is fleshed out, made clear and of course enhanced. Once tracks are mixed, they are mastered and processed in a way that they can be translated perfectly through all systems (car speakers, laptop speakers, phone speakers, airpods, etc) and are finalised to where they are levelled correctly to be compatible on streaming platforms but more importantly, to stand out.

7. What if I don't like the mix?

A: This is an important issue and is why we suggest that when you purchase a service for a track(s) you also send us a message detailing what you would like your track to sound like (in terms of mood) so we could have a reference to work off of and get you closer to your vision.
